The North Douglas Neighborhood Association is committed to participating in the ongoing public process regarding a second channel crossing and the potential development of west Douglas Island. Our efforts are guided by a strong desire to maintain and enhance our neighborhood and the quality of life that has led us to live on North Douglas.
